Mid-Autumn Festival coming up!
It's been a while but both Sylvia and me are in the midst of our exams. But it's really my turn to post something new! Last week thursday we just discoverd those snowy mooncakes, well actually we've already heard about it, but never got any chance to taste some. Until my mother bought some and at first I totally thought it's just like regular mooncakes apart from the dough. I had something in mind like mooncakes with an icy dough so you had to refrigerate them and eat them cold. I was kind of right about the last part; you do have to eat them cold, but not FREEZING cold. My mother bought us different flavours; such like, mango, mango with pomelo, chocolate crunchy, strawberry crunchy, durian, lychee, tiramisu. We had every single flavour that shop offered! And I tell you; snowy mooncakes are the best! I am soooo addicted to it! We also had some sushi (we absolutely LOOOOOVE all the sushi in the world!) and egg tarts. It just all tasted sooo good; maybe the studying caused all the hunger, aren't you always hungry when you have to study? Or tired or everything just seems so interesting? Here are some pictures of our delicious lunch!
So, Saturday I went to carrefour with my brother to buy some groceries for my mother and then we saw these DELICIOUS Arizona drinks! Sylvia and me know these from our way to Paris in July, we went for a stop at a petrol station and we wanted to buy some drinks and Sylvia noticed these super cute and beautiful bottles! We bought two of those with green tea and one iced tea. And that green tea with honey actually tasted as good as it looked like! After Paris we were so sorry for ourselves that we didn't buy more because it really tasted so good! But last saturday I've noticed these in carrefour and it only costs 99 cents (euro)!! So we obviously got ripped off at the tank station, I think we paid 2-3 euros for one bottle!! I was soo excited to see these so nearby my home so we bought a bunch of them!! And today I felt the urge to do my nails and I really got inspired by that bottle!! So here are some pictures of nails. I really suck at doing my nails, and you can obviously see that it's really messy!! But I think it's still kind of cute when I'm holding the bottle? n_n
Alsooo on Saturday after my exam (I know it's crazy!! Having exams on a Saturday!) I had this incredible urge to have some macarons!! So I went to Del Rey and bought an assortiment of macarons. They had green tea, cassis, roses, peach, lime, vanilla, chocolate. Over all the macarons tasted good, but I like the macarons from Pierre Hermé better. They are soooo soft and sooo tasty! Can't wait to go to Paris again with my twin sister from another mister, miss Sylvia!! So, I know, quite a bunch of photos, but it has been a week ago. So enjoy and envy us to have so much delicious food in one week!
